ABOUT ME

As a physical therapist, I have always been driven by the desire to help others. I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.  I graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with my Masters in Physical Therapy.  I later went back and got my Doctorate Degree from Regis University in 2009.  I have experience in the orthopedic world as well as in-home visits.  I am also certified in dry needling.

I am married to an amazing man and we have an 11 year old boy… who is pretty much my pride and joy.  In my free time, I enjoy quality time with my son and husband, traveling, improving my own health and spending time outside walking, gardening or in the pool.  I am an avid fitness enthusiast and always strive to better my personal health and wellbeing.  And, of course, anyone that knows me knows I love fashion and home decor.  My husband and I love tackling a new house project and I will make any excuse to plan my next outfit!

"Your workout is one of the most important appointments you can schedule with yourself."

Hi there!  I'm Tracie. Let me be your guide, your cheerleader, your coach...

Let's discuss your goals whether it is to get stronger or more fit.  I have a passion for the gym for all ages and can create a custom program for you.

"Tracie was wonderful working with my daughter.  She did a thorough assessment and gave my daughter a plan she was able to do.  Her pain was much better and she was able to return to the sport she loves."
